This page lists everything agripure.org actually collects, in plain language. If a practice is not listed here, we do not do it.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we store your email address with our email service provider and use it for one thing: sending the newsletter. Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing deletes you from the send list. We do not sell, rent, or share subscriber addresses.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address under Google’s privacy policy. We look at aggregate numbers — pages, countries, search terms — not individual visitors.

The chat assistant

Messages you type into the site chat are sent to our servers and to an AI model to generate the answer, and are logged so we can fix bad answers. The chat forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which does its own bot-detection processing. We rate-limit chat requests by IP address to keep the service up. Do not put passwords or payment details into the chat.

Shop orders

When you place an order we collect what an order needs: your name, shipping address, email, and the items bought. Payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout — card numbers never touch our servers. Order details are shared with the suppliers who fulfil and ship your items, and with no one else.

Cookies

Cookies on this site come from three places: Google Analytics (measurement), the shop (keeping your cart together), and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on chat forms). We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your data, your call

You can ask us to show you or delete anything we hold about you. Email hello@agripure.org, or reach us through the chat on any page of this site. Requests are handled within 30 days.
