Legal
Terms
Last updated July 7, 2026
Using agripure.org means agreeing to the terms below. They are written to be read, not to hide things.
Growing information, not guarantees
Articles, plant profiles, the playbook, and the tools are horticultural information — starting points, not professional agronomic, veterinary, or financial advice. Soil, microclimate, and season vary between two fields on the same road. Frost dates and hardiness zones are statistical averages, and a late frost does not consult them. Check plant choices against your local conditions and your local extension service before you spend money on them.
Some species in the plant database are toxic to people or livestock if mishandled, and some are regulated or considered invasive in certain regions. Confirm legality and safety for your location before planting.
The shop
Orders placed in the shop are fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers, so delivery times vary by item and destination and are shown at checkout. If an item arrives damaged, wrong, or not at all, email hello@agripure.org and we will refund or reship it. Prices can change; the price at checkout is the one that counts.
Using our content
The text, images, and data on agripure.org belong to agripure unless credited otherwise. Quote it, cite it, link it — with attribution and a link to the page you took it from. Republishing whole articles or bulk-copying the plant database is not allowed without written permission.
The chat assistant
The chat assistant is an AI system. It is useful and it is fallible — treat its answers like the articles: information to verify, not instructions to follow blindly.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, agripure is not liable for losses that follow from acting on information published here — a failed crop, a mistimed planting, a species that did not survive your winter. We publish carefully (see editorial honesty), but the decisions and the risk on your land are yours.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of the new terms.
